TALKING ABOUT CELEBRATIONS WITH E.E. MILLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA.

The students from fourth grade had the opportunity to share some time with students from the “E.E. Miller Elementary School” in Fayetteville, North Carolina. During this time, Miss Lozano and her students shared information about their most important events in the United States. It was really an interesting activity because not only did the students know information about the celebrations, they also improved their speaking skills because in this activity, the students asked and answered in English. Also, the students from the other school improved their speaking skills in the Spanish language. The students from both schools had so much fun learning about the culture of the different countries. .

HABLANDO DE CELEBRACIONES CON EL COLEGIO E.E. MILLER DE FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. 

Los estudiantes de grado cuarto tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir un rato con alumnos de la “E.E. Escuela Primaria Miller” en Fayetteville, Carolina del Norte. Durante este tiempo, Miss Liliana Lozano y sus alumnos, compartieron información sobre las celebraciones más importantes en los Estados Unidos. 

Realmente fue una actividad interesante no solo porque los estudiantes conocieron información sobre las celebraciones, sino también mejoraron sus habilidades comunicativas, producto de que en esta actividad pudieron preguntar y responder en inglés. Además, los estudiantes de la escuela norteamericana tuvieron la ocasión de practicar su español. Los estudiantes de ambas escuelas se divirtieron mucho aprendiendo sobre la cultura de los diferentes países
