TAKING CARE OF WATER CONSUMPTION IN FLORIDA
Students of fifth grade could share a meeting with Mrs Gloria Arango, who works as a teacher in West Palm Beach County in Florida. She teaches us about the importance of water and how they take care of this resource, in the first place she explains how the schools save water, then how kids work as a voluntary in the beaches to clean and help these places, then how citizen use some trash cans to separate their residues, and finally she describes how kids are learning to use the 3rs with the objective of reducing waste.

CUIDANDO EL AGUA CONSUMO EN FLORIDA
Los alumnos de quinto grado pudieron compartir un encuentro con la señora Gloria Arango, quien se desempeña como maestra en el condado de West Palm Beach, Florida. Ellas nos enseñó sobre la importancia del agua y también sobre cómo cuidar este recurso, en primer lugar, nos explicó cómo las escuelas ahorran agua, además, cómo los niños trabajan como voluntarios en las playas para limpiar y ayudar a estos lugares, luego, como ciudadanos, usan algunas canecas de basura para separar sus residuos y, finalmente, describió cómo los niños están aprendiendo a usar las “TRES R” con el objetivo de reducir los desechos.
