SHARING THE PLANET
5th grade students played the main roles in the way to prepare and present a creative concert, combining both creativity and responsibility in the creation of musical instruments mainly with recycled materials: packages, boxes, bottles, plastics, etc. Supporting their ideas from some subjects, their learning about environmental issues that involve humanity was improved, and human values as responsibility and caring with the earth were starred in the way to save our planet. Our activities make some environmental impact. Moreover, inquiry and caring as IB profile attributes, were the guides to develop and share the unit closing.

COMPARTIENDO EL PLANETA
En esta ocasión, los estudiantes de grado quinto se hicieron protagonistas al hacer una muestra a manera de concierto, en donde se evidenció una combinación de sus dotes musicales y su creatividad con la creación de instrumentos cuya materia prima fue, principalmente, elementos reciclados como: botellas, cajas, cuerdas, empaques, entre otros. Ellos, desde diferentes asignaturas, desarrollaron aprendizajes sobre problemas del medio ambiente que nos involucran a todos, así como la responsabilidad que como seres humanos tenemos al cuidar nuestro planeta y cómo nuestras acciones generan un impacto ambiental.
