
MATERIALS LAB: LEARNING EXPERIENCE AT UNIT OF INQUIRY #4
Los niños de grado jardín vivieron una experiencia científica en el laboratorio, en el que observaron cómo distintos materiales, al combinarse y pasar por ciertos procesos, generan nuevas reacciones. Algunos manipularon los materiales directamente, mientras que otros reconocieron los elementos iniciales del experimento. Esta actividad, enmarcada en la unidad de indagación No. 4, “Cómo funciona el mundo”, fomentó la curiosidad, el pensamiento crítico y el interés por la ciencia, en una jornada llena de descubrimientos y diversión.

Kindergarten students enjoyed an exciting and educational laboratory experience as part of Inquiry Unit No. 4, “How the World Works.” During the experiment, they observed how different materials, when mixed and processed, can produce reactions and form new materials. Some children had the chance to handle the materials directly, while all took part in identifying the initial elements used. The activity encouraged curiosity, observation, and hands-on exploration of basic scientific concepts, promoting not only science learning but also the development of research skills and critical thinking. It was a fun-filled day of discovery, where students experienced the real-world impact of science in an engaging and meaningful way.
