FLAG RAISING – THIRD GRADE

Izada de bandera a cargo de grado tercero

Objetivo: Conmemorar el día de la mujer y la responsabilidad como valor del mes.

El día martes 12 de marzo se realizó la izada de bandera a cargo de grado tercero, en esta ocasión, exaltamos los símbolos patrios, reconocimos a los estudiantes que se destacan por el valor del mes la responsabilidad, por su perfil IB indagadores y por ser estudiantes Upstanders. Además, se hizo un tributo a algunas mujeres que han cambiado el mundo, los estudiantes presentaron un baile relacionado con la afrocolombianidad, donde se vieron estilos tales como la salsa y la champeta, bailes propios de nuestro país. Por otro lado, se presentó una canción sobre la responsabilidad, valor del mes y finalmente, se realizó un homenaje a las mujeres de nuestro Colegio Mayor de los Andes, en el que los estudiantes de tercero les regalaron una frase célebre de una mujer que marcó nuestra historia con una pequeña flor.

Raising Flag Ceremony – Third Grade

Objective: To commemorate women’s day and the responsibility as the value of the month.

On Tuesday, March 12th, the raising flag ceremony was carried out by the third grade students. On this occasion, we exalted the national symbols, we recognized the students who stand out for the value of responsibility, for their inquiring IB profile and for being Upstanders students. In addition to this, a tribute was made to some women who have changed the world. The students presented a dance related to Afro-Colombians, where traditional styles such as salsa and champeta, typical dances of our country were seen. On the other hand, a song was presented about responsibility, the value of the month and finally, a tribute was made to the women of our Mayor de los Andes school, where the third-year students gave them a famous quote from a woman who marked our history with a little flower.
