Closing Activity Unit of Inquiry # 3 Third Grade

DÓNDE NOS ENCONTRAMOS EN EL TIEMPO Y EN EL ESPACIO – EXPLORADORES

El jueves 01 de febrero, los estudiantes de grado tercero tuvieron la oportunidad de socializar con los estudiantes de grado segundo, lo trabajado en la unidad de indagación. En esta ocasión, indagaron acerca de su pasado a través de la realización de líneas de tiempo y organizadores gráficos y cómo todos los eventos del pasado han afectado el presente. Todo esto comenzó a partir de la idea central “las exploraciones influyen en la construcción de nuevos estilos de vida”, donde a partir de las diversas experiencias de aprendizaje, los estudiantes indagaron, analizaron y dialogaron acerca de su pasado. 

En el cierre de la unidad de indagación, los estudiantes relataron a sus compañeros de grado segundo mitos, leyendas de la cultura colombiana, además, expusieron las características de algunas culturas trabajadas tales como: los Apaches, la cultura Quimbaya, la Muisca, entre otras. 

Finalmente, los estudiantes de grado tercero explicaron algunos momentos importantes en la época colonial y nombraron algunos eventos relevantes que cambiaron la historia a nivel científico.

WHERE WE ARE IN PLACE AND TIME – EXPLORERS

Last Thursday, February 1st, third grade students had the opportunity to socialize with second grade students about what they worked on in the unit of inquiry. On this occasion, they investigated their past through the creation of timelines and graphic organizers and how all the events from the past have affected the present. All of this began from the central idea “Explorations influence the construction of new lifestyles”, where, based on different learning experiences, the students investigated, analyzed and discussed their past. At the end of the unit of inquiry, the students told their second grade classmates about myths and legends of Colombian culture, and they also explained the characteristics of some of the cultures they worked on such as: the Apaches, the Quimbaya culture, the Muisca, among others. Finally, the third grade students explained some important moments in the colonial era and named some relevant events that changed history on a scientific level.
